Returns and Refunds

Happy Eco Baby provides quality brands and products and wants to make sure you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at hello@happyecobaby.co.nz stating your order number and date of purchase.

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Goods may be returned for an exchange or refund provided the following conditions are met:

- Goods should be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase
- Must be unused and in their original condition when bought.
- Items must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Please do not break open packaging that cannot be resealed, remove tags or perform any other action as that will void your exchange.

We recommend sending returns via tracked delivery as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Happy Eco Baby reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will send you an email when we receive the goods and happily replace, exchange, or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
